1. Purchasing 

 •All orders must be paid in full before shipping. kindly allow at least 24 hours for the funds to reflect on our side.

 •Once an order is placed, it is considered final and cannot be canceled. Please double check your order before payment.

 •Orders can be made via our official online website www.kiakubeauty.ca or by phone with payment confirmation.

2. Return & Exchange 

Due to the nature and hygiene standards of human hair, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part. However, exchanges may be accepted under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange:

 • Requests must be made within 2 days of receiving the product.

 • Hair must be unused, unwashed, uncut, and in original packaging (bundle with tags and ties intact).

 • Hair must be in the same condition as received—free from odor, styling products, or alterations.

Non-Eligible Returns/Exchanges:

•  Hair that has been worn, installed, dyed, or manipulated in any way.

•  Clearance or discounted items

•  Over kept items

•  Custom orders or special requests.

Process for Exchange:

 1. Contact us by phone or email info@kiakubeauty.ca  within 2 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

 2. Provide your order number and reason for the exchange.

 3. If approved, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.

 4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send your exchange or issue a store credit if the requested item is unavailable.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a prompt exchange or full refund (including shipping costs) once the returned item is inspected and verified.
